    OMMMMGGGG!!!! - c'mon this show & these reveals are better than the AKB election right? Sell that drama Miyu. Suck it MNet - Everyone Loves her! you'll receive unpresidented backlash if she's not final 12 - now. You lost Chiyori & JURINA is M.I.A. & Noe isn't there...YOU NEED to keep to Miyu.

    Imagine you're a Korean trainee who LOST to AKS girls that had little to no training - lol.

    Glad to see that Miyu san made the cut. Korean girls outnumber Japanese girls two to one, but I guess that is no surprise considering that only Koreans get to vote. If they don't end up with more than three Japanese girls in the final group, then I think that it will hurt the group's credibility and they will be less interesting, simply because of the apparent unfairness of the setup.

    Koreans might know a lot about electronics, cheap cars or soccer but they don't know what Music is all about. Miyu is the best one in that reality show, yet they have placed her last at number 30. This is a disgrace. I dislike Kpop, it makes me sick. Yak.

    @Ray lol because Japanese fans are good at recognizing talent....if that was the case Aachan & Yuko Sasshi & Mayu & Jurina wouldn't have taken the SSK Center title it would have went to girls like Masuada Yuka and Iwasa Misaki and Yamamoto Sayaka. If you watched Produce 101 Season 1 & 2 or Produce 101 China you wouldn't assume it's just a Korean thing.

    Define talent? The is a commercial enterprise comprised of a vast array of talented people in a wide range of fields. It is called show business and in that business talent is what makes you wanted, because it makes money off of desire.

    This show and 48G (or idol act in general) is never about talent, if you're talking about singing and dancing ability. It's about selling rate, the skill to showcase your charm and drawn people in to you. Heck all those talented people in any field won't be successful if they have no presentation skill or luck.

    @Ray... Saying Korean don't know anything about Music is like saying Germany doesn't know about BEER or Philadelphia (Philly) Pa doesn't know about "Cheese steaks". There's more going on musically in Korean than just "Idol Pop".

    P48 is a popularity contest just like the previous seasons. Singing and dancing ability is an add-on bonus, but not the primary factor for most people who vote in these things. 48 Group fans should be well aware of this.

    But where Mnet F'd Up and lost all credibility is when they changed the original lineup and voting format. They should have maintained the 6 Korean & 6 Japanese final lineup and allowed Japanese voting.

    They could have required every vote in either country be a double - vote -one vote for a Korean and one for a Japanese contestant. That would have ensured fairness.

    I have a bad feeling that in the final vote, when voters can only vote for a single contestant, whatever Japanese contestants remain will be shut out or be limited to one or two (Nako and Sakura most likely).

    Good luck selling that charade to the Japanese public Mnet.

    @JollyRoger

    I agree w/ the sentiment you're expressing but the Voting decision was made AFTER the initial Auditions & Dance/Vocal scores were given. MNET realized only 20% of the Japanese were on the Korean Level of ability- to simply hand over 6 spots (like "Affirmative Action") is insane. Also Mathematically it's not fair to the Chinese & other ethnicities that might compete. How fair is it if you know there are 6 guaranteed Spots Simply because you're Japanese.

    Yes- I know there's no rule that says Japan has to choose ONLY Japanese but you've seen what the AKB48 Election looks like - Suda Akari is #2 (Just because of SKE loyalist) & Sasshi won 3 times because of "popularity"...You know if the Voting was "FREE" the outcome would even more "different"- MNET is not going to waste Korea's time w/ Idols that are NOT upto "Korean Standards". It's a Korean show and you can't deny this show has made AKB "relevant" again. AKB is getting something out of this as well.

    You see who is rising to the Top under Korean standards - Miyu, Goto Moe, Noe, Miru, Mako, Juri - girls that AKB constantly overlooked or didn't know how to manage because they were stuck on their "Push" projects - This show BROKE the AKB System like an Egg. Mako said "We were never trained!!"- AKB needs to up it's game & Koreans will embrace them.

    JYP is starting an ALL Japanese Idol group in 2019- Girls doing well in Produce48 will be top tier Prospects. Girls that were amazing in AKS groups but OverLooked by AKI-P have a chance to be "BETTER". Popularity is 1 thing but Charisma & Talent can not be "Taught", that's the Idols job.
