The live-action Hibiki movie, starring Keyakizaka46 member Hirate Yurina releases the first official trailer today.
Hirate Yurina is cast for the lead role "Akui Hibiki" of the movie, a 15-year-old genius with literary talent, she submits a manuscript for a novel rookie contest, but her handwritten novel manuscript doesn't meet the online-submission condition, however an editor named Hanai Fumi (Kitagawa Keiko) believes it is a revolutionary novel. Though Hanai Fumi found no contact address on Akui Hibiki's submission, she tries her best to track Hibiki down.
The live-action movie will be adapted Mitsuharu Yanamoto's manga Hibiki: Shousetsuka ni Naru Houhou, the manga won the 10th Manga Taisho award in 2017. The live-action movie will hit the cinema screens on 14 September 2018.
