Bernard Rose's Samurai movie "Samurai Marathon 1855" releases the new trailer:
At the end of Edo period, Annaka feudal lord Itakura Katsuakira (Hasegawa Hiroki) organized a 58 km marathon titled "Ansei Toashi", he aimed to train his troops for potential attacks from overseas. However, the central Edo government misunderstood and regarded it as a rebellion, and sent an assassin to kill the Annaka lord.
The movie starring Satoh Takeru and Komatsu Nana is scheduled to hit theaters in Japan on 22 February 2019.
