Is it just me or Sakura has a thing to cool concept? Like the management always tried to make her do cute concept but it feels like she didn't enjoy it. I think she shines more in cool concept song. She actually sounds better here

@JustinCho, if this were the case then her first few ranks in ssk would be nonexistent, considering she wasn't pushed by AKB or HKT management until she ranked in senbatsu. After that you could say her push began, what with Kibouteki Refrain center being a kind of reward for making senbatsu with little to no push at all (I wouldn't call this "forced" in the least). I can see how people were upset at her centering Kimi wa Melody and could consider that a push; but her age, growth rate, and popularity seem to at least partly justify it in my eyes. Her current "push" isn't much of a push considering she's getting treatment equal to her popularity. Although, that all depends on how you define a push; for me I would say a push is rewarding a girl with something unequal and greater than her popularity justifies. A rank of 4th in ssk seems to warrant the title of princess to me...

^Justin Cho: then princess is suitable title for her as its usually use to refer to someone favored by the force lol

This is the first time I'm happy about Sakura centering something. Thank god it's not Hana.

@Justin Cho, please do your research. Sakura was pushed due to increasing popularity. The real management push started when she reached rank 11 in SSK. There are far better examples for unearned pushes =)

I'm really happy that she got that center position. And sad that there are no MVs for the new songs. Looking forward to the live performance~

    pretty much this.

ppl like Sakura, Jurina... back in the day, Maeda... that's not a "push"

that's popular girls getting more attention because they're popular in a business that revolves around popularity.

if anyone wants to complain about a girl getting a push, Oguri Yui is a prime example of a push.
a girl who ranked once, and at #51. and already management is pushing her in promotional groupings with otherwise all senbatsu, and even all kami, ranked girls.

that versus Sakura who btw never ranked below #47

Nothing wrong with Hana centering. stop being so hateful and negative towards other members.

there's a difference between being "hateful" and expressing an opinion regarding preference. there's nothing wrong with being negative about a center if i don't think they do as good a job at it as someone else could who is more popular and more deserving. however, using the particular name i suppose is not necessary and next time i comment i will try not to be offensive.
