Japanese fashion event "takagi presents TGC KITAKYUSHU 2018 by TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION" will be held at West Japan General Exhibition Center New Wing on 6 October 2018. Japanese idol group Hiragana Keyaki will have a special LIVE for the event.
